Shipping Information

All orders sent by Australia Post’s Regular Post Service. Standard orders placed by 3 pm will ship within two business days. If you placed an order during the sale events, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order.

For a more UpTo Date shipping timing, please visit here to see the latest Australia Post shipping estimates. All orders shipped from Bacchus Marsh, Victoria. If you are in located another state, please reference the interstate shipping information also allow one extra day for us to prepare and ship your order.

The postal tracking number will add to your order and emailed to your provided email address.

Do You Ship Outside Australia?

No, we do not ship internationally.

Do You Ship To PO Box?

Yes, we do ship Orders to Australia Post PO Boxes.

Can I Place Rush Order?

Please choose “Express” at checkout your order will sent on the next business day via Australia Post Express Service. Please find more info for express Post Guarantee here.

Can I Change my Shipping Address?

We only ship to the address you provided us at the checkout. Please double-check the address you are giving on the Checkout.

For PayPal payments Your only ship to the address you have on your PayPal account. Please make sure that your PayPal address is up to date before using PayPal as payment at checkout.

Will My/Our order deliver to me in time?

We strongly advise you to plan your purchase well before your event date. We cannot provide a guarantee on delivery dates as shipping companies are experiencing delays. We recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks before your event to avoid disappointment.

I/We did not Receive My/Our Order

In the unlikely event that your order says "delivered" or "left in a safe place" but you have not received your Order, we will first request an investigation with Australia Post. Pending the outcome of Australia Post's investigation your Order may either delivered to you, or a refund processed if Australia Post confirms your order has been lost.
